Email Multiple Events at One Time

We would like the ability to email multiple events at one time. For example frequently outdoor events are canceled due to rain and it would be nice to email all of them that message at the same time. Additionally, when having a special event, it is nice to focus on certain skill levels that we could be missing via the events they are registered for.
