Automatically cancel clinic courts based on registrations

Currently clinics can automatically be cancelled based on minimum registrations, but it would be very helpful if the number of courts booked for a clinic could be reduced based on the number of registrations. So based on a number of people per court, reduce a clinic from 3 courts to 2 if not enough people sign up. For example if set to 4 people per court, automatically reduce a 3 court clinic to 2 courts if the registrations are only 7 at a certain amount of time before the clinic.
