Split Court Reservation Fee Equally Combined with Custom Membership Rate
Our current setup uses an hourly rate for court time, which is by default split evenly by the number of players. For example, a $60 per hour court fee for 2 people is $30 each. However we also have some special cases, such as our Employee Membership, which we give half price court time.
I tried to set a Custom Court Cost for the Employee Membership to be half of regular hourly court fee. If the Reservation Type has the Fee Responsibility set to "Each Player Equally", then it will not consider the Custom Court Cost for the Employee Membership. And if the Reservation Type has the Fee Responsibility set to "Each Player based on Membership" then the total court cost cannot be split between the players.
Here is how our current setup works:
Regular court for one hour costs $60. One player has an Employee Membership and one player has a Standard Membership. The $60 court fee is automatically split $30 each per player. Our front desk staff has to manually override the employee's fee to $15. The player with the Standard Membership still pays $30.
We would like to have this end result without relying on the front desk staff to remember to manually override the price if they see an employee on a court booking.
Thank you!
