Fix Event Settings

I have come across this issue several times now where certain settings only apply to lessons and reservations, but they are applicable to the event I am scheduling. 

When I go into instructor pricing, I can only set pricing for lessons and reservations, not events, even though I am able to edit instructor restrictions for both reservations and events. 

I am also unable to preset any fees or costs for recurring events (such as clinics and camps). 

At least at our facility, we use the "events" feature for more than just member social events. We set up our clinics and camps as events, so we are able to charge a one time fee for the event, rather than having to bill weekly. It would be really helpful if many of the settings for reservations and bookings could be extended to also apply to events.
