New web and mobile interface takes away a club's custom button colors

With the old website and mobile interface, we were able to set the button and font colour of buttons to match our club colours. With the new interface, all the buttons are black with white text. This seems like a take away as opposed to an improvement. What do we get by going to the new interface?
