Open Reservations - Default to Enabled

It would be nice to be able to setup a reservation type that is by default/required to be an Open Reservation. If a club could setup a dedicated Open Reservation type then it would be easier to identify for both players and admins when looking at the schedule as well as allow for different billing rates per the type. In our case members are confused by the toggle to use Open Reservations so it goes mainly unused with members asking for the feature not realizing it already exists. If a member simply saw "Open Reservation", "Hourly Reservation", etc. in the reservation type drop down we could see this eliminating confusion for our players quickly. This would also allow a club to charge say a lower rate for Open Reservation to get people using them.

As an added bonus a way to have a notification sent to members when an Open Reservation is created may help in the use of them.
