Change "finalize registration"button to "Proceed to Payment"

Change "finalize registration" to "Proceed to Payment" during registration process. We get so many people who call (planning to use a package to pay), but get stuck at "finalize registration" because they still see the full price, no option to pay with package, and the term "finalize registration" makes it seems like thats the final step. Please change that button wording to "proceed to payment"
