Using saved email templates to notify registrants directly through event

Regularly sent emails out to participants of specific events. There are two ways to do it currently which are tedious:

1. Go to email templates, filter the event date and time slot and select participants. Annoying thing with this is if the specific event isn't using all of our courts, it will include people who have generic court reservations in the filter so staff have to go through and ensure these folks wont receive the email. Would be great if you were able to filter by event name.

2. Second option is to go to the event, click notify event registrants and send an email that way but we are unable to access our templates so we either have to go into history and duplicate a previous email OR copy paste a template from google drive. So, it would be nice to be able to access our email templates from the notify registrants section in a specific event.
