Allow Required Welcome Email Login Link to Be Positioned in Email Template

The required “Please Click HERE to login to the member portal” link in the Welcome Email is currently inserted automatically after all custom email content and cannot be moved within the template.

This creates a significant formatting and branding issue. If an organization creates a professionally designed welcome email with a footer, branding, instructions, or other structured content, the required login link is then appended underneath everything, making it look disconnected from the email and often appearing outside the intended design.

Because this link is the most important action in the Welcome Email, allowing a new user to set their password and access their account, we should be able to place it where it makes the most sense, such as directly below the welcome message or within an “Account Access” section.

Suggested solution: Provide the required login/password link as a protected merge field or immutable content block that can be positioned anywhere within the Welcome Email editor. For example, a token such as {{MemberPortalLoginLink}} or a movable system block could be inserted into the template while still preventing organizations from modifying or removing the underlying unique URL.

The link can remain mandatory. The request is simply to allow organizations to control where it appears in the email.

This would improve email design, branding, readability, and the onboarding experience without changing the security or functionality of the unique member login link.
