Add Promo Code Name as Transaction List Column

Please add add Promo Code Name as a Transaction List Column.

We use promo codes for different purposes - to give scholarship, for marketing purposes, for staff recognition, etc... This shouldn't just be accounted for by reducing revenue - it should show up as a contra-revenue in a scholarship, marketing, or staff discount line. 

It would make our accounting far, far simpler if we could see the Code Name as a column in the report, rather than by hovering over each individual transaction.

An alternative would be to associate a contra-revenue category with each promo code. The accountants and I would really love that. But, frankly, we can just insert the contra-revenue category as part of the code name - and then so long as the code name shows in the report we are good.
