Program wide notifications

Hi there! I don't think this is a possibility at the moment, but it would really helpful if it was possible to create a program-wide notification that would include emailing and texting everyone currently registered for any current class in our program. We would like to be able to easily include all program participants without going into each individual class in order to send the same program-wide group message/notification about a common issue (ie. signing up for the next session, etc.) that affects everyone in the program.
