Middle of the night billing reminders

We've had a lot of complaints about middle of the night billing reminder texts. People who have elderly family and can't have their phone on silent. I want to submit this complaint in hopes something will change. It's not great for business to have people turn notifications off because of 2am auto billing reminders.
