Show Booking Windows in Scheduler View

In the case where there is a split schedule (Open 9-noon and 3-7pm), the reservable windows are controlled by "booking windows" but the schedule has to cover the 9am to 7pm time frame. The scheduler view makes it look like the noon-3pm time slots are reservable. Members get a message when they try to reserve during the closed hours, but it is confusing.
