Automatically issue refunds or at least credits when a class or lesson is canceled

It would be a nice feature if Court reserve could automatically generate a refund or at least a credit to a person when a class is canceled. I currently have to ask players to not prepay for classes in case it is canceled bc it will not automatically issue a credit or refund
