Managing several facilities

First, I would like to express our appreciation for CourtReserve. It is a robust, reliable, and cost-effective platform that has served our business well.

We currently operate two locations and plan to open two more next year. However, the inability to share punch packages across locations has become a growing challenge. We believe players should be able to use their purchased punches at any of our facilities, especially when traveling to another city where our company operates.

As we expand, this limitation increasingly affects our ability to provide a seamless customer experience and has become an important factor in our decision about which platform can best support our long-term growth.

Is the CourtReserve team currently working on a solution for this functionality, and is there an estimated timeline for its implementation?

We value our partnership with CourtReserve and would love to continue growing with the platform. However, we need to ensure it can scale alongside our business needs, and we hope this feature can be prioritized in the near future.
