Walk‑in player registration without creating a full member profile

Right now, when someone walks in without a CourtReserve account or membership, the only options are to force them to create a profile or use a dummy profile. Both create problems: forcing an account hurts the customer experience, and dummy profiles make player tracking difficult.

A better approach would be to allow walk‑in players to be registered with minimal details (First Name, Last Name, Email or Phone) for both events and court reservations, similar to how guest waivers collect basic information.

Additionally, if a player signs a waiver on the same day, the system could search those signed waiver entries and auto‑fill the player details when creating the walk‑in registration.

This would also support front‑desk workflows like phone or in‑person bookings without requiring full account creation.
