Allow sub-admins to have the drop-down box for "System Users" under End of Day Report instead of ONLY admins.

It would also be nice when they check the EOD REPORT, could we consider only letting them see the EOD REPORT that is processed by himself (filtered by user), then they won't see other users transaction data.
