Default Set-up- Court Closure Notices

When we decide to close a court (due to weather typically) it would be nice if the system would default to notifying players. Currently, you have to remember to pull down a menu and select to notify. If you forget you have canceled the courts and members don't know it. Staff sees the courts closed, but members arrive anyway.
