This would be great and please allow selection from the entire membership database.  The fees would be applied based on the membership level of the players they select.  This would really enhance the "Bring your own Group" for Pickleball where you select your foursome right away.  It will also help that the people's names will be filled in correctly instead of people using nicknames.  In this scenario, the Bring your own Group organizer selects who is in their group at the time of registration.

A system that would allow us to track and, after so many guest visits, blocks a guest from appearing on a reservation, would be great.

YES! Guest database.. some guests have already been to our facility and have accounts created with waivers signed. I would love when adding a guest for it to allow you to search your database as it does when adding players to a normal reservation.
