Add schedule to disable courts

For places where the season is fixed, it would be handy to be able to set up the courts as open from a certain date to another date.  When we are outside of those dates, the courts will be automatically disabled so we're not paying for them.  This would help us so that we can assign an event to a court that is currently disabled but will be enabled at the time of the event.
