Cancelations

It appears when canceling events or closing courts you must remember to activate a pull down menu to tell the system to notify members of the cancelation. I think this should be the default setting, and you should go to a pull down if you don't want to notify. If you forget the step, you cancel an event and no one knows. This has happened to us already. Angry members.

We can't make this the default, as when we polled most clubs wanted to make that choice on their own.

We can though add a setting to allow clubs to decide which option to default to!
