Mass emails Titled by Organization not personal sender

would it be possible to program it for when sending an email through court reserve that all emails sent out get title by the organization and not the personal sender. and also that when someone hits that reply button it gets sent back to that primary email, and if possible at all it gets "webbed" our to all admin account holders. so that way more then one person actually potentially sees the email and us workers don't over look it?...just some ideas that would be a good upgrade for the software. keep us in the loop
