Remove Chat button for Organizers

The Chat icon at the bottom is VERY helpful for us as Admins, especially as we just get started with the system. However, for all of our Organizers (student staff members), it's distracting for them. I also wouldn't want our student staff chatting to your team with questions that we would/should be helping them out with and you don't need to have clogging your chat help sessions. Thanks!
