Reservation Assist Feature

In our former system, when a member selected a court to reserve, if another member also selected the same court and that member successfully locked down the court for booking (i.e. was faster to the court reservation than the competing member), the system would automatically push the slower member to another court of the same type that was available. This helped many members because during busy season, our advance reservation window opens at 8am the day before. many members are camping on their computers at 7:59 and the race begins to get a court. It would be great if CR could develop software that could help these members as they stress over capturing a court.
