Adding a "minutes" field to the time frame to check in for Kiosk settings

We currently have to allow players to check it at a minimum of 1 hour before the reservation start time. We have an abundance of courts at certain hours and players will check in super early to start using the courts. We'd like to restrict this to a 15 minute check in window. Ideally having an hour and minute field to customize how early folks can check in would be great.

I'm not sure how the logic may function from the coding perspective, but we'd like the minimum for each category to be 0 so we can customize it as we see fit. Thanks for considering!
