Bypass Restrictions - Same Day Setting

Under "Settings -> Event Restrictions", under "Bypass Restrictions", can you add an option for "Same Day".  It is currently set to "Hours".  We are trying 18H but we have some events starting at 6pm and some at 7pm.  People are getting confused as to why they can book the 6pm session but not the 7pm if they're awake at midnight.
