Have option to send email notification (about events/reservation changes/cancelations) to parents of minors (even if juniors have their own email in their profile)

Parents with juniors would like to be notified about changes/cancelations. Currently it only works, when juniors don't have their own email address in their profile. We would like to be able to send email to both parent and participating junior.

Beata, you can change this to work like this in GENERAL SETTINGS (at the bottom)
