Refund Refusal info
When we refuse a refund, we have the ability to enter a reason why, but that reason can't be accessed. I would like that to be attached to their account, or at the very least, be able to see it when I search out the refusal.

this is very important as i had a member ask me why i refused a credit refund and I now do not have proof or access as to my reason why
