Batch Billing

Batch Billing- ability to filter invoices using multiple dates.  Currently you are able to filter through a date, example through 3/12.  Would like the ability to filter with two dates, example 3/1 - 3/12, to eliminate mailing/creating two invoices to someone who had a February invoice, but has not paid yet.

William, currently our system doesn't allow two invoices with the same fees at the same time.  It will simply void the older one and recreate a new one. We don't have plans to change this anytime soon.  I'll keep this waiting for votes to see if others value this change.
