birthday UI/UX upon membership signup

Definitely needs to be a better way to include a birthdate than scrolling back through calendars starting this month. Surprised the CourtReserve form didn't allow me to simply type in the date.

This is a frustration/complaint that I got from a surprising number of people.  We had a bunch of people not bother and just put in a fake bday so I manually emailed everyone and said please email me if they entered a "fake" bday and we will update.
