Date of Birth – Birth date “year” selection is not intuitive.
When an applicant is entering their birthdate, most applicants are unaware that they can select the year and can click back year by year. Hence applicants will have to scroll back month by month until they reach their birth year. This is a lot of clicks for me. 😊
An applicant can select year and then scroll back year by year but the year does not appear ‘hot”.
Recommendation: Make the date option more visible or use another date input option that is more intuitive
Error Message Enhancement
When a ‘required sign-up form question’ is not answered and the applicant saves the form they receive an error – good. The applicant then must search the form to find what question or field they have missed.
Recommendation: Have the sign-form scroll to where the error occurred and highlight the field
Sign-up Form Custom Question Field Disappears
When an applicant is populating the sign-up form and an answer for a required question * (in a drop down) is not selected, the drop-down answer field disappears after saving, and the applicant cannot complete the form.
Recommendation: Please resolve the error
