Accepted Refunds Info

On occasion a partial refund is issued there is an option to record a comment as to why a partial refund was issued but there is no ability to view this note once the refund is saved. It would be beneficial to see the comment section when viewing refunds to see the reason why a partial refund was given, similar to what you can see with a refused refund.
