Event Reports: Include canceled events

Allow canceled events to be part of the event report.  Currently it can include events with no registrants.  We actually cancel our events a few days out if there aren't any registrants to free up the court space.  The event reports at the end of the month are not completely accurate since they don't include canceled events.  I know this list can be generated under events, but then I manually need to merge the two reports and recalculate all of the %'s.
