Make FULL status visible while hiding slots available

Currently, the system just has the REGISTER button disappear if an event is full. We get daily phone calls with members thinking there is a problem with the system because the REGISTER button is not visible. Instead of making the register button just disappear, can it be replaced with something that says FULL. 

There are events that we do not want to have a waitlist and we also do not want the slots available visible for all events. The CR system is clearly set up to recognize that an event is full and responding by removing the register button.  The removal is only causing confusion as it's not replaced with something that says FULL.  

Again, the choice to display how many available spots or if there is a waitlist available is mutually exclusive from the ability to register for an event and depends on the event. The only constant amongst all events is that if the event is full then the member cannot register. Anything to make this clearer would make a big difference.
