Save payment profile

The checkbox to save payment profile for future purposes is unchecked by default but our club would like it checked by default. We want payment profiles in place in order for members to easily pay for guest fees, clinics, socials, tournaments and other paid events, and also to be able to refund them in case events are cancelled. Some of our settings (eg court bookings, league events) require payment profiles.
