Make email statistics (open/click) available to Admins

These stats are visible to CourtReserve, for sure.  Make them available to Admins.

Hi there, 

Today we have released an update to the Email History page which will allow you to view the Open Rate and Click Rate for all emails sent moving forward. On the Sent Email Details page, we also display the # of Opens, and # of Clicks for each recipient!
