Add an option/checkbox to exclude just lessons or just reservations on the INSTRUCTOR TIME Report

Right now, we don't have a way to run that report for ONLY Lessons. If you only select Lessons, by default all Reservation Types are included as well.

There is now not a way to say "Do not include any reservation types" - you are forced to include at least one reservation type. Curious about having a separate checkbox for Reservations vs. Lessons would work?
