Additional (missing) buttons for website content wysiwyg editor

Some buttons are missing in the website "row" wysiwyg editor, comparing to email template wysiwyg editor. For example the ordered and unordered lists and indents. See below.

Hard for the admins to update content without going into code view. Should be easy fix if it already exists in the system.
