Option for hours logged by member playing in an "Event" should be included in "free hours" within relevant membership level

We are launching a membership level that allows for 8 free hours each month, but apparently there is no way for us to include 'events' (such as open play) as an approved way for the alloted "free" hours to be used.  MOST of the hours these new members (65+) will be playing here are within 'events', so it's critical for us.
