a sub admin should be able to help design the web portal with needing admin privileges

I agree that I would like to add a subadmin to our volunteer leadership team that manages the website settings only, or even just the portal settings. I really don't want this person to be a full admin or have access to financial and reservation permissions. Is this possible in the future?
