Ability to specify any/all Refund Types to match Payment Types

Right now we don't have a way to issue refunds that match all of our payment types. This leads to situations where we have to issue a "Cash" refund when the payment type was actual a 'Visa Credit' (external charge) - our reporting for payment / sales summary isn't accurate at that point. 

Hopefully we can have the ability to pick any of our payment types as Refund Options in the near future. We'd only need them to work essentially the same was as CASH refunds (just accounting in the system, no balance credits / online transactions needed). But just be able to get our reports to tie out cleanly.
