Add Setting - Disable Drag & Drop on Courts Schedulers - Mobile devices

It's very easy to accidentally move reservations when browsing the court reservations on the mobile app as an admin.
A separate setting to disable drag & drop on mobile, while still allowing it for the desktop web portal would be nice.

We prevented this on mobile a while back. If you can still do it, please snap a video of it and send it to our support team and let us know the version of the phone you're on. Thanks!

While you're at it, "disable drag and drop" should be the default setting. Enabled it's the easiest way for an admin unknowingly to create mass chaos! Not to be dramatic ;)
