it looks like if someone pays for a booking, and then they cancel, there is no way for the CR system to automatically refund them or automatically credit their account. so, that has to be done manually. this process could be automated: I would like the choice of being able to issue credit card refund or just crediting their account.

Ability to turn on automated refunds would be ideal. If turning on automated cancellation processing I'd like the following settings.
- You can toggle on/off whether it is automatically applied for bookings cancelled:
- if the cancellation is requested before the refund time limit you set in the system (xx hours before booking)
- If the cancellation is requested after the refund time limit you set in the system (xx hours before booking)
- If the cancellation reason text has a specific text string in the reason ie. "wet weather". This would make it easy to manage cancellations for our un-managed courts due to wet weather, as no one goes in and closes the courts due to wet weather
Maybe a little off topic, but more so about cancellation of bookings which is related. I would also like players to be able to request a refund themselves in the system after the refund time limit you set in the system (xx hours before booking) is passed. This happens to us now where rain or storms affect courts either after the time limit before the booking starts, or during a booking where the reservation has to be abandoned due to rain, lightning, storms etc. At the moment we have to manage this outside the system via emails and manually search for the booking and credit/refund each one, its a poor user experience.
