Require a Minimum Amount to use Credit Card Online

Require customers to add money to their online account, versus charging lots of small amounts to their credit card. Since the current merchant account with Court Reserve charges a high PER Transaction Fee, it gets very expensive when customers are paying lots of $5 fees online for open play sessions, etc.  Company should be able to set minimum amount for credit card charges. This would also go hand in hand with the proposed modification to allow customers to add their own Credit to their Online Account instead of staff having to do it for them.
