Allow 1 as a value for min players in reservation types

Currently the min players field in Reservation Type restricts the smallest number to be 2 (or else don't enter a value in which case zero players is allowed). We need to be able to put 1 in this field as we have a reservation type that should allow 1-6 players but not zero. We are currently not able to make this restriction and so we are getting bookings with no players added.

Am I assuming you are asking about this on the admin side? Members are not allowed to book without adding at least one player. We could add permission to prevent any sub-admin from booking without at least 1 player added. That's what you're asking, correct?

The setting needs to be per reservation type since we do have reservation types where admin just blocks off time slots without players
