You should be able to just go to EDIT INSTRUCTOR and change them to "INACTIVE". Does this not remove them from the Book a Pro scheduler?

We have had internal debate on this as well as pinged out customers and the amount of friction this would create has preventing us from moving on this. Most of the customers we survey do not wish to introduce this.
I'll mark it as waiting on votes to see if it gains traction.

This is already a project we are working on. We are actually creating the "campaign" concept like MailChimp with the ability to see open rates, click rates, and more.
The campaign piece along with the ability to customize all system emails will be in our next release in (Jan), with the statistics piece soon to follow.
