Not sure why this is needed. The reservation PIN code for the lock can be emailed and/or texted. It can also be looked up on the mobile app for quick access. We will probably not do anything with physical cards at this time.

We have a project coming where we will be revamping all these alerts, as well as letting you have full control to modify as you see fit!

Deborah - we are going to be adding the ability to add Event "tags" soon and allow the tags to be filterable.
