Currently the system requires we separately bill the member for credit card convenience fees. However, we cannot do this until after the member pays as we do not know how they will pay until they do. This makes it very confusing to the member when we follow up with a convenience fee the following month, despite disclosures letting them know ahead of time this will happen. There should be a way to automatically add this fee to their initial payment.

I agree. Currently there is no way to see what emails have gone our for the Welcome Email, as there is for other emails. Also, it would be helpful to be able to print or export a list of members that have not yet logged on to the system from the Welcome email feature.
