it would be nice if the instructors could see the "reason" for cancellation when a client or admin cancels a single occurrence lesson.  currently the instructor DOES get a "reason" if a multi-occurrence session is deleted, but not single occurrence

what’s the eta on this release?

This would be an interim workaround for what we need: 

A way to incorporate a members’ availability on admin side to assist with booking future lessons & clinics.  We book all lessons for members & it would be helpful if I could enter a member’s availability so when I’m booking future lessons for them, the system will show conflict if I try to book on a day that member is unavailable
