Hi Jon! We have push notifications from the app coming very very soon! You'll be able to contact players by upcoming reservations and push messages right to their app! This would be a great way to make sure those players get notified without having to keep an eye on their email. 

We have this currently in development as a sub-admin permission. Coming soon!
